If you'd like to contact us regarding any of our watch making services, feel free to do so either by telephone or by email. Please try to provide as many details as possible so that we can understand and take care of your request as quickly as possible.

Please do not send any credit/debit card details or other confidential information in your email. Jon Vincent will not pass on any information including your contact details to any other companies or organisations.

All items in the care of Jon Vincent the watchmaker are fully insured. However, we cannot be held responsible for items lost by the post office, courier or any other third party when transporting your goods to or from our premises. For this reason, we recommend that you choose a recorded delivery option if possible.
