Member of the British Horological Institute and of the British Watch and Clockmakers Guild, Jon Vincent has set new standards by becoming the first watch repairer in Europe to have been awarded ISO 9002 for quality assurance. Not content with that we also gained ISO 2281 for the waterproof testing of watches and also test watches for major manufactures one of our skilled watchmakers as well as retailers..

All our equipment has been checked and calibrated by an independent body. In addition to the thousands of trade repairs carried out on the premises, the number of watches received directly from the public has increased steadily over the years.
